PRODUCTION STAGES :

Windings :

Low voltage windings is manufactured from craft paper insulated, rectangle, and electrolytic copper. Cylindrical type windings is wound up.

In high voltage windings; according to voltage class used and transformer power, enamel isolated round conductor, as in craft paper isolated round copper conductor or low voltage windings, craft paper isolated rectangle conductors are used.

Thermocraft paper and oil channels formed up by pressed band for cooling are used for windings insulation .

A class high quality paper and bands are used in windings insulation.
